AnswerNet offers two full service call centres in Winnipeg and Toronto providing telephone answering services and telemarketing throughout Canada. We are part of the AnswerNet family of companies that has 28 call centres within the USA and Canada.

 

AnswerNet’s Toronto call centre offers bilingual agents (French/English) that are experts at providing Order Entry, Customer Care and Help Desk services using telephones and email. Our Toronto call centre is experienced with connecting callers to client staff members in multiple offices through its Virtual Receptionist services and handling customer inquiries and purchases through its Direct Response capabilities.

 

Our Winnipeg call centre site offers bilingual agents (French/English) that are experts at providing Order Entry, Customer Care and Help Desk services using voice, TTY, IP relay, email and live chat. AnswerNet's Winnipeg call centre is experienced with connecting callers to client staff members in multiple offices through its Virtual Receptionist Services. It is also experienced in handling customer inquiries and purchases through its Direct Response
capabilities.
